BLPSECURE
This Warranty meets basic Council of Mortgage Lender requirements, covering Structural Element repairs for a 10 year period. With BLPSECURE it is the Insurer who pays for these repairs not the house builder and unlike other providers, this benefit applies to the first two years following completion.

BLPSECURE PLUS
This Warranty has been developed for builders and developers who want the longest duration and highest quality Warranty available. The BLPSECUREPLUS is available as either a 10 year or 12 year policy and includes cover for the repair or replacement of non-structural fittings (such as boilers, bathrooms and fitted kitchens), contaminated land and Health & Safety Breaches of the Building Regulations. This level of cover is uniquely available from BLP and is designed for house builders to offer improved marketability of their new homes.
