CRL are the exclusive provider of the Building Life Plans (BLP) Warranty in Northern Ireland. In order to avail of the BLP warranty you must be a member of CRL. There is a straightforward site registration process and all site inspections are conducted by independent fully qualified building surveyors who work in unison with the overall building programme. The Structural and Latent Defect Schemes have been approved in Northern Ireland by the Council of Mortgage Lenders and the Law Society.
